Guild Wars 2

I was trying to get my PvP daily, and somehow ended up on a Courtyard map, which doesn’t have any defend points. I dropped to login and tried to get back to the lobby, but even switching characters kept kicking me back into that courtyard map. How do you get out of there?

You tried the “leave PvP” button on the PvP panel? Try going to spectate then leave PvP.

Edit: I tried googling it and saw several threads about this bug, but no solution. What you might try is let the game run until you get kicked for inactivity or until it resolves itself. If it doesn’t fix itself within a couple of hours you will probably need to contact support.

How about you suck it up instead of abandoning your team? It sucks going to a map you don’t want to play, but just ditching the match is pretty lame. You need to be more considerate of the other people you are affecting

Where did it say he abandoned his team? He said he was trying to get his daily and arrived on a map without defend points.

I assume he was in hotjoin, where it really doesn’t matter.

log out to characterselect-screen, wait 5 min and play some guitar or something… (unless you play ranked, then shame on you)
