Hey everyone,

Has anyone figured out how to solve the 7:11:3:189:101 constant DC’ing error yet? I have done everything recommended by GW2 such as turning off firewalls and security, forwarding ports, repairing, and everything else they mention. Still keeps disconnecting after every 3-5 minutes or so. Any help would be appreciated.

I am not familiar with that error, but does it happen on every character you play? Have you tried running a memory test?

I have run the game advisor and there were no apparent problems. I haven’t run a direct memory test though. I only have one character, but I was getting disconnected from the character creator for a while as well.

Are you running any other programs at the same time? Music? Mumble? etc?

Nope, no concurrent programs.

Just a quick thought. Have you checked not only your windows firewall but your anti-virus settings as well. I know I have had issues in the past with Norton not allowing certain programs to run.
