It’s in Cursed Shore, and appears to be inside a coral. Not sure if it’s a bug or if there’s some super secret path no one has found.

Sometimes resource nodes can spawn in an inaccessible location. One time there was a Rich Copper Vein in Plains of Ascalon that spawned halfway up a vertical slope with no way up.

Yep. The spawns shift every time the server gets reset so next patch it’ll be somewhere else

From that image you are not on top of the node, but beside it. The dot within the circle of your position has to be on top of it.

This means that, considering the picture you privided, the node is either higher up or somehwere hiding away.
