Guild Wars 2

I’m trying to remove 2 sigil’s from a staff a bought in WvW with gold and badges. It will not let me salvage it with a black lion salvage kit so how do I remove the sigils ? Thanks in advance for any help.

Only way like this is the upgrade extractor from gemstore , or buy another sigil and replace with the sigil on the weapon.
