Guild Wars 2

I’m playing my tempest for a while now, but i do not really know how rebound works..

Does it have a certain “treshold” for that lethal blow.

If you take enough damage that would usually make you go down and rebound is active then instead of going down you heal a bit. It says right there on the toolrip.
