How does transmutaion work what can you transmutate and what you can’t?
I was trying to transmutate a cultural weapon with a pearl weapon and somehow neither of them wanted to change the skin i was using the crystal since it was a lv80 weapon. Is it just that you can’t tranmutate the pearl weapons by changing their look?

Make sure you are using the transmutation crystal that is for level 80 items. You have to use a different one at level 80.

I did use the crystal and i ended up wasting one haha and the skin didn’t change at all. Not sure if it was a bug or pearl can’t be changed from its skin.

After you use the transmutation crystal and drag two items in,
you should end up with 3 rows and 2 columns.

The columns denote the two separate items.

The first row is the SKIN. You want to pick which skin you want for the final item here!
The second row is the STATS. Pick the stats here!
The last row is for UPGRADES. In the case of both items having a sigil/rune, you can pick which one to keep.
