I hear if bought two same armor skin can refund after 15/04 right?

Just want to know how to? Need report to anet?

I haven’t seen anything specifically about duplicate skins but for duplicate infinite gathering tools (after they became account bound) you had to submit a support ticket.

I think what happened was you’d submit the ticket, they’d check your account and tell you to delete all the tools you didn’t want, check again and then refund it.
