As a Nord and a Sylvari how do we get together when under 10 to hunt?

You can go to world vs world then portal back to lions arch and from there use the portal to go to whatever beginner world you would like to explore together

Every race’s main city has a portal to Lion’s arch. You don’t have to queue for WvW. In the first beta it took me a while to realize the portal that I thought headed to a higher level area was in fact the portal to the main city.
