1. Camp the zone and occasionally ask in map chat if any temple events are going up.
2. Hope there aren’t any trolls on the map who deliberately do the defend events, knowing it will keep the bosses from spawning.

Pretty much it, aside from people mentioning it in guild chat. Timers won’t work on temple events anymore, and they don’t occur at specific times now.
