Does anyone know how to get the wxotic Jatoro’s armor set (http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Jatoro%27s_armor)?
Is there any other way than just random loot?

How to get Jatoro's armor?
The skins themselves are level 70+ dropped exotics. I’ve seen them given out for map completion (frostgorge, straits, Malchors, CS) and very rarely in chests.
