Anyone can help me by saying how to acquire trailblazer insignia/inscription? I read it is account bound on acquire, so we won’t be seeing it in Trading Post. Any help please?

Yeah, i believe i checked every npc in game and i can’t find the recipes for it. Maybe i missed one, i don’t know. Anet should give us a hint or something …
