I don’t think the temple ones have beserker. Wiki says it’s Rabid, Cavalier, Soldier and Magi’s.

There is only the guild backpiece which can be bougth for guild commendations and the exotic spinal backpiece which can be crafted with blade shards

It is called “assassin” but is actually “berserker” stats, not assassin stats.
(This error of having the wrong name has been reported in the past, they’ve just never corrected it)

If you don’t have the guild commendations (or want to spend them) or don’t want to spend a bunch to craft an exotic Advanced Spinal Blade, the stat difference between the rare version and the exotic version is very minor.

Rare Guild Backpack (5 gold)

• +20 Power
• +14 Precision
• +14 Ferocity

Exotic Guild Backpack (5 gold & 5 commendations)
Exotic Advanced Spinal Blade (many, many gold)

• +22 Power
• +16 Precision
• +16 Ferocity

Might as well just grab the rare as a whole +2 in each stat is really not worth the additional cost in commendations or in crafting a spinal blade back piece.

You can’t slot a gem in the fractal capacitor so you shouldn’t bother with it unless your going to ascend it right away. The only bezerker exotic back that you can slot gems in is the spinal blade, but it’s petty expensive to get all those blade shards. My advice would be to just get the soldier temple one and slot a exquisite ruby in it, the difference in precision, and ferocity isn’t gonna add 1% to your to your crit chance/dmg.
