how to have pet with angeener?

Pets as in the animals you see running around are all from rangers.
You as an engineer can have a pet-turret and such.
Or you can get a non-combat mini-pet
But the Animals are a Ranger feature.

You can’t.

Only Rangers and Necromancers get to have combat pets.

Depends. Rangers are able to charm wild animals to fight alongside them. The only thing an Engineer can do is buy the minis from the Black Lion Trading Company with Gems. Those ones don’t fight though.

Norn Engineers can summon Owls and Wurms that are temporary. Human Engineers can summon Hounds of Baltazar (elite) that are temporary. Asura can summon pet golems (elite – temporary). Charr Engineers can summon other Charr (elite-temporary). Anyone with CE can summon a Mistfire Wolf (elite – temporary).

Agree with winespring brother. you can have combat pets but they are temporary off spells and effects. Perhaps in an expansion engineers will get a portable combat robot.
