I can’t think of any other ways to help another person level faster (without crafting and WvW) except the usual sidekicking with them in PvE events and hearts, and partying them in personal stories.

However, why do you want to help your guildies level fast? I am assuming they are not leveling alts here, but their first character. One of the things I tell my guildies is that you are not getting your money’s worth by grinding levels and trying to reach level 80 as fast as you can. There is a world to explore in GW2, and you get more fun out of exploring the PvE world naturally, discovering every nooks and turns, exploring the lore of the zone.

Exotics isn’t going to provide much of an advantage if you don’t know how to play the class. :P

Why can’t they level on their own? Don’t mean to be rude but it’s really easy, doesn’t take long and it’s not even that boring… Anyway, I should contribute to the question at hand here. The fastest way to level other than crafting is through dungeons since each run gives you 70% (I believe) of the level’s xp. So they can get themselves to 35 then start doing AC explorable mode.

Dynamic events, gathering resources, and exploration in an appropriate zone is the way I usually do it.

From level 1-15 I found Queensdale and Metrica Province has a lot of dynamic events.
From 16-30 Kessex Hills is the best.
From 30-45 Hirathi Hinterlands.
I usually craft from 45-60 so I don’t have a good answer.
From 60-70, do map completion on Fireheart Rise, Mount Maelstrom. (This will give the player 4 exotics which can be sold or used)
From 70-80, I usually try to get to the cursed shore to do dynamic events there.

the more people you can get together to do events will increase the scaling, higher scaling = more mobs = more loot and xp. also you can get xp boosters in dailies and never forget the fact that almost all food gives 10% xp bonus.

Dungeons also give the majority of a level for each completion, so if they are in guild (on voice chat) you’ll be able to do them efficiently.
