I have weaponsmith at 500, the 75 Stabilizing Matrix and the Ball of Dark Energy

The wiki is not clear on how to physically make it. I’m pretty certain i need to craft it myself on the Weaponsmith table but I can’t learn it myself, so is there a place to buy the recipe?

The recipe is automatically learned for you. Look under the Refinement tab at the crafting station.

You’re welcome! When someone/something says you “automatically learned” it, it just means your characters came pre-set with that recipe. So, it’ll always be there for you to use, once you’re able to use it.
