How do i make a guild hall like in guild wars 1?
How do i play guild vs guild?

the only thing i can find is structured pvp and wvw

Guild Hals are not implemented yet.

There are neither Guild Halls, nor Guild vs. Guild,
but WvW and Keeps.

That is correct for right now they said during beta that they will implement the Guild halls and I bet Guild vs Guild at a later date.

If I recall they said they didn’t do guild halls at release because they didn’t want it to be “just a place” like it was in GW1. True, they were used in GvG, but that was really the extent of their usefulness. If your guild was mostly PvE there wasn’t much of a reason to have a hall other than for bragging rights and a few vendor tricks that wee only useful for brand new players.

I’d wager that they’re cooking up something with the event system and guild influence in terms of guild halls so that for PvE players they’re not a largely useless feature.
