Q:
How do you work your way over to the Temple of Grenth near Cathedral of Silence in Orr if Murdered Dreams Waypoint is contested?
I can’t remember how to get there. Every route seems to be blocked by terrain. I’m just not seeing the way through right now.

A:
The path to the temple is never blocked. The entrance is at the red circle in the picture.
You have to do the chain event help keeper Jones Dead Run kill high priest of grenth and retake the temple in order to un-contested wp.

In your picture you were going the wrong way it’s hard to tell here just ask on map chat or wait for grenth event pop up.
There are three nearby. Have done grenth 100’s of times, some times you just gotta huff it. In the olden days, ancient times, we sometimes had to run through huge multiple zones to get back to our party, no map, in the dark, hungry and thirsty, naked, no weapon, and with orc chasing us the whole way. Here… instant cake walk.
You laid there dead and they yelled at you, didn’t they hehehe

…..uphill….
….both ways….
The path to the temples is never “blocked” but the Temples themselves are useless to a player without the Pact “owning” them. You have to do the event chains to capture them and then the NPCs that make them worthwhile will be available.
You pic shows the WP unlocked, so the character has been there before (the skill point challenge is even done).
