Hunter's Home Wont Show on Map
Perhaps I should ask it this way, when you toggle the layers on your map do you see Hunter’s Hearth Shown? I am stuck at 174/175 and that is the only point in the map not showing I have all others including cragitead.
The hunter’s hearth POI is actually “Traveler’s Loft”, so you won’t see it on your map as hunter’s hearth.
For the explorer, it’s not POIs, it’s regions of the map. A common region to miss in the Shiverpeaks, is the Tail of the Serpent east of The Coil waypoint in Timberline Falls.

What I did for those titles is the following
a: get 100% map completion so you are sure you have all waypoints/hearts/poi’s/vista’s/skillchallenges. This has little to do with this achievement, but makes it a lot easier to find missing spots.
Go to the wiki and see for each map the list of area’s. Look for the ones with nothing in it or a jumpinpuzzle or mini-dungeon in it (but nothing else).
Check your map if you discovered them (if you did the jumping puzzle achievement you don’t need to check those off course).
This way you should find all your missing area’s

I’m having the same problem… I have 173/174 areas on my map. I’ve checked the list, and the only name I don’t have displayed on my map is Hunter’s Hearth. Is there something special I have to do to ‘get’ this location?
I have every POI and waypoint already.

This is exactly my problem. When I toggle the area’s, it’s not there. I have checked everything else off going by the list on the wiki here:

Have you not only entered the home instance but run all the way to the back end of it? I don’t think you get credit for just peeking in the door.
Did anyone ever get a solution to this? I also cannot get Hunters Hearth (the words) to show up0 on my map. I’ve been inside every inch of it. Is it because I am not a norn?
