Hi there!

I’ve already submitted a ticket but got no answer and I’ve not found more people complaining about this bug.

The thing is that I have many ‘huntsman’ items on my bags (some of them with no level requirements and other with requirements).

I’m trying to use the ‘Discovery’ panel on Huntsman but I cannot see most of my items with “Huntsman” label. On the contrary, I can make use of them in them in the “Production” tab.

Am I the only one with this problem? Is there anything I’m missing?

Basically, if the item is not in the discovery screen then you can’t use that item to discover more recipes. So if it isn’t there, you have already discovered all recipes with that item :)

If they don’t appear in the discovery panel, then there are no recepies that can be discovered with those items. Some items I had stopped appearing once I found all of their unknown uses. Some don’t have any use other than production.

You sure about that? I’ve just started huntsman I don’t believe I’ve already discovered all the recipes with those items =\

^ what they said, also if an item appears red in the discovery panel it means that any combination possible with it is too high level

Those are all the common items, so I’m quite sure. But the items you can make with those raw materials can be used for discovery. For instance in my weaponsmithing I can use Sword Blades and Sword Hilts for discovery which I make out of those raw materials.

But the items don’t appear in the discovery, so they’re not even in red.

I’ve tried cooking and there all items with ‘cooking’ in their labels are available in the discovery :S

Is it a recipe not able to discover in the panel? Its a fixed one or requires a recipe?

Some recipes can’t be discovered and must be purchased from heart vendors or tradeskill masters.

Having said that, I do believe that there are some glitches with discovery. Also keep in mind that just because it’s online doesn’t mean it’s in-game. All games have items that show up in online databases but aren’t obtainable in-game, were never added or were removed.

Ok, thanks all, just got bit frustrated with huntsman with so many possibilities in cooking.
