Current settings in the attached picture. The GPU runs the game like a dream. Toning character limit/model quality down solved a major FPS issue. No need to really have it maxed (to me). If you want to max it you can, but expect to get 30-40 FPS in the sPvP lobby, and it can vary from high to low in WvW (depending upon the # of players you allow to show).
100+ FPS when it’s just the environment ± mobs around, or it’s just several players and me
