Guild Wars 2

Long story short, I want to create a human character that is somewhat of a crusader knight. I want him to use sword and shield and wear a cool looking classical style armor. But i don’t know if i should make him a warrior or a guardian. Can anybody help me out ?

Both will work. Depends if you want him to use magic or be grounded in reality.

magic=guardian
real=warrior

They both have the same armor styles available to them.

Warrior is what I’m doing. Looks more realistic, without flashy blue lights. Also, lots of movement and holds.

If you want a crusader in the sense of ‘warrior of god’, guardian might give you a better feeling, what with the flashy blue lights and all.
As for the looks concerning armor, it really doesn’t matter. Try both and see what you like better

As for my definition of Crusader, Guardian is more… of what it depicts. Also, the armor means nothing, they both get the same armors and looks.

Guardians do get that fancy Aegis shield effect though.
