Solved, I had to empty my mail. Thanks for all the help.

I am missing items I bought from the gem store.

I used some money to get gems this morning to buy some of the new Halloween items. had about 1400 gems in total, with some I already had stored up.
I then bought the mini pets. 500 gems.
The Mad kings outfit. 700 gems.
and the hood for 200 gems.

So after I bought all these I want looking for them, I had received no mail with the items and they were not in my inventory.
I asked if anyone else had this problem and someone said it could be lag, as I guess a lot of people were buying items.
I played for a bit and eventually logged off. I have come back hours later and I still do not have the items I bought with the gems. Yet the gems are gone and they are on the list of items the gem store says I bought.

Try deleting some mail in your inbox. Your inbox can be full even when it’s only 9/10 and not allow anything new to show up.

I kept getting hearts, so I assumed it was not full lol.

How do I delete a ticket?

Hearts and messages from in-game NPCs etc don’t count towards the total, so it is confusing.

You can delete a ticket by logging into the NC Soft support website and finding them and deleting them (can’t be done via in-game or this site). You can edit your top post here to say solved if you like.
