So I read the forums. But am New to game. Plz give me a break down of all the game slang. New to this game speak. An reading forums for say my class, or anything else. I get a lot of short hand type. Totally at a noob loss here. Help!!! Is there a thread, wiki, anything?

It’s also possible to search the wiki using abbreviations and acronyms. For example searching for AC will take you to the page for Ascalon Catacombs. It doesn’t always work (because it relies on someone having set up a redirect), but it should work for most of the common ones.
In-game you can type /wiki whatever you want to search for, e.g. /wiki AC and it will open a browser window with that page.
Finally don’t be afraid to ask in chat if you’re not sure. You might not get an answer straight away, if someone was using an abbreviation because they’re in combat and don’t have much time to type, but most people are willing to explain.
I’ve been playing since launch and only learned the other day (and only after asking) that OMW means “On my way”. Until then my best guess was it’s some variation on OMG.
