If you are level 80, open the Hero panel “H”, and then in “Story Journal” icon on the left you’ll have Heart of Torn to pick and click in begin story

I was considering Revenant. Wouldn’t I have to start anew?
Now do I have to install the entire game all over again? I still have GW2 on my computer, but logging in doesn’t include the expansion.
Did you register the code in your account?
Log into your game account on the web and see what is thinks you have on the Overview tab, you’ll either the original GW2 logo on the new HoT one.

As in starting a new character, yes. But the patches since Friday installed HoT even if you didn’t have it before. So once you register the HoT Code onto your account you will be set.
