Just as a note…you can also luck into a Greatsaw skin in the BLCs. If you get one of the Wardrobe unlocks from a Black Lion Chest, there is a chance it will unlock that skin. Granted its random(but they only unlock things you don’t have already, so unlocking all the basic skins and such could cut down the odds just a little)…and costs Gems to get the keys…but I buy 5 every once in a while just in case.

I feel bad for doing this but I really want LS2 since Im a huge Lore geek and I also want the central tyria mastery points lol. I’d get it myself but Im really low on gold/irl money. I’m on EU, literally would be eternally grateful if I got it and would definitely pay back if required :P

I really collect a lot of resources aroung de world and I always need to have another 2 packs of 100 picks, axe and 50 sickle, and sometimes run out to LA to buy more of them, I really need some permanent tools and I would LOVE to have this “Unbreakable Gathering Tools” but they are so…expensive! (2400 gems (/°-°)/ )
I try to gather enough resources and sell them to earn gold and get gems since my parents will never give me money for that :‘( , but it’s just impossible… :O , 2400 gems right now are: 677 gold, 34 silver and 39 copper, and after 2 months of gathering a lot of materials from all the map that I know(only at 43%, working on it ) I only got 85 gold, It’s going to take for ever this way, plz…plz…if anyone can help me, will love you FOREVER, is all I ask, or maybe if 600 players give me 1 gold each I’ll get them ^o^, plz…help me!! ^w^

Well, I know it’s not likely, but if anyone would be willing to part with a Legendary dagger or staff for my necro, I’d be forever in your debt.

Like the hundreds of others in here, work and kids prevent me from being in-game enough to craft one of these on my own. That won’t keep me from trying, but from here, it’s like looking up at the top of Everest…

Hello! Uhm so recently my girlfriend wanted to get tickets to see a live play in a theater. I bought the tickets for both of us so we could watch it at the end of the month, unfortunately it meant that I’m quite a bit in debt and I now can’t afford the gems to buy the Bandit Sniper Outfit which costs 2000 Gems. Personally I really wanted to get this outfit for my warrior to use with his rifle but I really love my girlfriend so much that I just didn’t want to let her down

I’m currently farming and playing the game as much as possible to get the 500 gold needed to convert to enough gems for the outfit set and any help from the community would be much appreciated! <3

I’m currently trying to get Chuka and Champawat, but I can’t play so much anymore because I’m sick. I try to farm some events like Doric Lake for leathers, but what I miss the most is amalgamated gemstones. I have 21 of them right now, but unfortunately I don’t have so much time to do the Hot events :/

Any help would be very much appreciated =)

This is just a request for some information rather than wanting an actual something and as I didn’t know where to put it I thought here is better than anywhere.

I’ve just managed to purchase a couple of the Zodiac skins and was going to purchase the Zodiac armor (light version of it) but it’s not in the Gem store.

Will this product become available again in the Gem store or has it been discontinued?

My warrior, Sister Castilleja, is a sylvari based on the indian paintbrush flower. Her colors and armor skins are almost perfect… almost. The ideal saturated orange-red for her look is Scorched Dye, but I just can’t justify a purchase like that for a single color on a single character. If some angel wanted to bestow the perfect dressing on my fiery little salad, I would be eternally grateful <3

I’ve always had a love of fire and when I first started this game and saw the fused skins I thought wow, however i’ve never been able to afford the one i really want…

Hello I am a gw2 veteran player but due to my very limited free time I am unable to complete needed achievements and tasks to craft the legendary twighlight within a timely manner ie a few months. It’s a long shot and nobody has to help, but I’m curious if anyone has extra crafting mats they would be willing to gift me so i can craft parts I need for the legendary.

I have a different request.

I somehow managed to hook my girlfriend to the game (she has only played Diablo 3 and LOTRO), and bought her HoT so she doesn’t run around as F2P (physical copy as she likes to keep the boxes around, should arrive soon)

I would really like to gift her a copper salvage-o-matic (she saw mine and now she is drooling about it), but right now I lack the RL money, gems, or golds to get it. I have around 80g to my name, I blame my heavy alt addiction that prevent me from playing my level 80 characters (so far, only necromancers, and not geared) so I can’t seem to get enough money together to get the needed gems. I plan on gifting her aswell the collection expansion (to hold 500 items instead of 250) and that will leave me completely broke

I would like to ask (and I know it’s a lot to ask) for some charity (either in form of some golds to purchase it, or much better, just the item itself) to get her the copper salvage-o-matic. Her GW2 id is QueenZherg.3647

Came across this post, so I thought why not. One thing I would really like in game is the Legendary Greatsword Twilight. I’ve only been playing this game for two months and really wished I started playing years ago, because I really like this game. Im currently using an Exotic GS, but Legendary as we all know is difficult to craft. I could just buy it, but it cost 3000k gold and I only have 100g lol. Thank you!

I’d love another character slot to fund my horrible alt-itis (some day one of them will actually reach 80, I swear) but I don’t think those are giftable. Instead I’d love some dyes! I don’t need the expensive ones everyone goes crazy for. I’m just trying to expand my color palette a bit as a novice player. Unidentified would be great, or maybe someone just identified a bunch and ended up with lots of colors they already have?

(edit) A lovely player named Mort sent me 10 unidentified dyes! I got a lot of blues and greens (color-wise) and 3-4 greens (rarity-wise) so I’m very happy. Thanks again!

Hi everyone. I love this game and would like to get ascended equipment for my character by doing raids (magnetite shards and gold). I am a noob in raids and get kicked out by experienced players often due to which I am not able to get magnetite shards. I have found GW2 to be a great way for my wife (who is currently sick and unable to get out of house) and I to participate in activities together. As treatment for my wife is expensive, most gem store items are out of the question. However, one can hope!

My desire is the Molten unbreakable tools, or the new unbound magic unbreakable tool bundle. I would even be so grateful for the unbreakable tools with no thrills and animations.

I would like to thank all the previous donors to others in the forum as I am sure you have made their day, as well as a thank you to any whom may fulfill my desire.

Just a note.

StinVec.3621 actually started this thread, and it has been great. Many have gotten things they need in game to complete certain collections, create items, etc. Also, many have shown great generosity in gifitng things from the gem shop to those in need of some “creature comforts”.

I’m not sure if StinVec.3621 is very active currently. But every now and then we see a check in. Gaile has been great in helping to keep this thread focused on what it was meant to be. A way for the players who may be lucky/fortunate enough to have some extra to help out those who have poor luck/less resources.

As a long time reader of this thread, and one of the very early beneficiaries(I was collecting in-game things for crafting and an achievement), all I can say is things like this are what keep me playing GW2. From helping with in-game items/materials, to gifting gem store stuff(which I haven’t been able to do myself), to helping those in need claim their Guild Halls or hunt down specific bosses to take down to get those elusive drops for some collections or complete those %#$@!! Jumping Puzzles.

Thanks Gaile(and the other ANet staff that check out the thread every now and then) for helping to keep us on-track, honest, and fair.

Thanks to all who read the posts, check on statuses, update their posts, and help where they can. Lets keep this going strong, and help those when we can.

:) You can always ask…but with a 2505 Gold price on the TP, it may be a challenge for someone to full-fill that. But Good Luck! I’d keep hunting that darn TM…lol

i would absolutely adore a copper-fed-salvage-o-matic or endless unbound magic tools, one would help bag space management and the other would make unbound magic so much easier to get.

Sadly, the owl is account bound. Check the box in the upper right in your linked page. You have to either buy the avian pack on the rare occasions it’s in the gem store, or get hugely rng lucky on a random guaranteed wardrobe unlock.

You may wish to edit your request to something someone can actually help you with. Sorry

UPDATE: Some kind soul just sent me 5 keys in game. Since it was gifted anonymously from the store, I couldn’t see their name or send a reply message to thank them. So to whoever just sent those over, thank you so much! Your timing was perfect. It’s been a horrendous week for me, personally, and that was a nice surprise! I got the Hounds of Balthazar mail carrier as well as finished off my scraps for a Black Lion ticket!

For better or worse I have always enjoyed opening Black Lion Chests. I enjoy the thrill of the gamble and I am really hoping to get one of the endless contracts to drop from one some day since the prices on the TP for those items are insane. I generally buy keys periodically as a way to support the game with my money. Unfortunately, due to a change in my financial situation, I will be unable to get any for quite a while. So if anyone wants to send a key (or 5, or 25) my way that would be amazing!

I’m in need of a second bank tab. I’ve always managed with one and my 8 characters inventory….But lately I started having two different sets of armor for my mesmer ( I’m getting involved into raid hype ) and inventory management is becoming dire. Between weapons and account bound/soul bound stuff I’m always playing with only 1-2 inventory bag available.

A second bank tab for armor and weapons would be so useful !

Drake, you probably should pick just one thing you’re asking for. A full on shopping list like the above might work in a family Christmas gift list where people want a selection so you can be surprised by the specific gift you get, but in this thread it comes across as over-reaching.

Also I’m fairly certain you won’t get any bank tabs, storage expanders, or anything else that has a capped amount per account, as those can’t be gifted lest someone receive more than they can use. You can check this by finding them in the gem store; if there’s no gift box by the purchase options, no one can buy them for you.

I hope you do get something you’d been dreaming of. Just please help the kind donators by narrowing it down! (Also if anyone has already given you anything at all on the list, probably under the rules of this thread you need to note that in your post and close out your request).

This can also be obtained via the Guaranteed Wardrobe Unlock that can drop from Black Lion Chests. (https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Guaranteed_Wardrobe_Unlock/Weapon_Skins)

I know its a gamble. And if you get an unlock to drop, its a random one you do not have that unlocks…so no way to choose…its random.

But might be faster than hoping for a 10K Gold skin to be “gifted” to you. Good Luck!

Bolt of Damask. I’m currently working on making the tempered spinal blades backpack, and have everything i need aside from those. Seeing as they’re time gated and require a lot of mats as well, it’d be awesome if someone feels like helping out.

I saw this post and it made me think maybe this community isn’t as toxic as all the other games I play, and it makes me want to stay around and enjoy this game. I have been playing for three or so weeks, and all the things I could use or need is more inventory space. If someone feels like gifting some extra bag space, I would love you forever!

Back in the day i mained a Monk. toyed with every build i could (55Monk anyone?). I loved that i was a true support build, i could holy my own, but i could heal people and was always in demand!

Druid is the closest (and its pretty kitten close!) i will ever get to re-living the glory days, and i would forever be in debt if some hero would gift a Monks Outfit so i could look how i feel on the inside! Super Monk!
