I give up.
““Just use gwlfg.com” you say? That would be GREAT, if……..IF………each group didn’t fill at warp speed the moment they popped up. After “farming” that site for days, I have yet to EVER get into a group thanks to that waste of time.”
So make your own post? By this logic your group will fill up super fast.
Interesting, I used gw2lfg.com and found a group for AC “story” in less than 5 minutes yesterday.
I’ve found the easiest way to get around the chat filter is to type, or at least edit, what you’re saying each time.
I did some experimenting while I was attempting Dark Reverie (and therefore spending a lot of time dead on the floor reluctant to go to a waypoint and start over) and I found that if I kept a message in my chat bar (usually ‘Thanks’ ready for when someone did rez me) then I’d be hit with the spam filter, even if I hadn’t actually said anything for about 10 minutes.
It also hit me if I scrolled up and reposted the same thing more than once or twice.
But if I edited it then it was usually ok.

Like awesome said, make your own, then it will fill up. That’s the best thing since sliced bread, don’t bash it ;-)
i use both gw2lfg and map chat.
like mentioned, i always change up what i say when calling out for group.
“LFG AC any paths!”
after a while, a couple join
“LF2M AC! come join us now!”
still nothing?
“AC still LF2M, ready when you are”
et cet cetc…
and also, just start your own group on gw2lfg, and just be specific. it helps a lot.
people will be joining you real quick.

I use gw2lfg all the time. Takes less than 5 minutes to get invited to any non-popular dungeon. Just make a post describing yourself in short and add /invite <name> so copy-paste is all needed. I have a habit of making troublesome names lol :p
