I made my first lvl 80 Thief two days ago.
What do i do now?
My gear is all Exotic , basic buy from Market.
I understood i need to do fractals for pink gear?
World Bosses i do them from time to time.
I do story modes of dungeons for the 50silver reward.
Is it worth it to do paths? everyone is looking for zerk/xp players – should i go dungeon paths? what are the rewards?
Trying to level professions aswell.
What else can i do?
ATM im in the moment where i need to finish all zones for World Complete achievement.

No you don’t need to do Fractals for ascended gear but to do high level fractals you do need some ascended gear. To get ascended gear the best bet is to craft it, and that takes a bit of time and a lot of materials.

World bosses are a good source of dragonite ore which is needed to craft ascended.
For dungeon rewards check this link – http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Dungeon#Explorable_mode but in answer to your question yes they are worth doing it.

edit : more questions :
Are dugeons story mode for example character locked or account locked as they are done 1st time of the day?
If i do dungeon X path 1 and im fully rewarded as teh first run of the day, if i do the same dungeon path 2 , will i get a full reward also or i get to choose any path once/day/dungeon?

All bonus chests are only given once per day per account.
The explorable paths count as a separate path each, so you can get the bonus reward each time you do a path. Naturally it is also restricted to 1bonus chest per day.

This is a good website covering the general information of each dungeon, i find its worth reading to have a general idea of what your doing. Altho nothing beats hand on experience.

Dungeons are a good way to make gold.
Like Adae said u can do PvP and WvW, finish your map completion. You can also play dress up with your characters, build legendaries, make alts, Gw2 endgame is really loose and theres no real have to do things.

Dungeon is hard to approach when you are new. Ppl used to run them for the last 2 years so they go quick and don’t really want unexperienced ppl.

1) You have three choice here. Get a guild that will explain them to you.
2) Talk with ppl from the mentor guild. They do training dungeon run for new ppl https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/game/dungeons/Dungeon-Mentors-Noob/first
3)Make a LFG and specified that its your first run and need patient ppl to explain it.

Go either of those three way to make sure you have a nice experience. If you join any LFG you may enter a speed run, get with nasty ppl or just with ppl that don’t have time/don’t want to explain everything. A lot of ppl do that and get an horrible experience out of dungeon and never go inside one of them ever. Which is sad, because they can be a lot of fun.
