Hello guys,after 10 months of absence and not playing gw2 i bought HoT,I have elementalist lvl 80,can you recommend me which class should I boost to lvl 80 ? Thank you!

There are no suggestions for you what to boost, you can try out every class in the trial and boost the class that you liked most.

Depends what you like doing but if your focus was going to be on HoT I’d suggest boosting a necro and then turning it into a reaper. So very faceroll melty fun.

Or guardian turned into a dragonhunter so you can get some range from the bow if you aren’t big on full on melee 24/7.

I’d try out several classes to see which you like. My personal favorites would be necro, mesmer, or ranger.

Let me ask you something, do you not like leveling in this game after only one character?

If you dont mind leveling then why spend it on an 80 boost? I think one would rather spend it on a class they wont enjoy leveling.

I love my Elementalist personally. I would suggest trying out Revenant and Guardian if you haven’t yet.

There isn’t any universal right or wrong answer, it depends on what you want another 80 for, how you feel about levelling and which professions you enjoy.

For example I used my boost on a warrior because I’d recently decided I wanted a level 80 of each profession so I’d have more options, but I find warrior quite boring to play so even though I enjoy leveling it seemed unlikely I’d ever play it enough to level normally.

Other people I know used it on a profession they think only becomes enjoyable at high levels like mesmer or necro, or simply their second favourite profession if they hate the whole idea of leveling and couldn’t stand going through it again.
