Guild Wars 2

Soooo.. I’m sure this topic was made lots of times.
I’m just wanting to make sure really learn about like the stats/gear/weapons/sigils so forth.
I want to do well and want try find a guild does a lot gvg/or/pvp together.
Any tips to find a guild, and any tips for sites/builds?

For the basics, you could try Youtube for videos. WoodenPotatoes and MattVisual do a “PvP for Dummies” series that is pretty comprehensive. It takes you through elements of building your class, gearing and how to learn the way the fights in PvP take place etc. Here is a link:

Re going into the details, there are several websites and vids to watch around for building classes, but I can’t direct you to one in particular (as I’m afraid I don’t really use them). I tend to just browse Youtube for that kind of thing if I want it.

re Guilds, you could advertise in map chat when you’re online. Also, many guilds use map chat to recruit, so keep an eye on it. A good advert will let you know what guild is recruiting, what activities they do etc … and then you can whisper the person for more details.

The best way to learn pvp is simply doing it. Wooden potatoes and matte do have a series that covers pretty much everything you need to know, so id first watch those and then jump right in

People are constantly posting builds on the various profession forums. If their arent any on your professions page or you don’t really like any of them, make your own on gw2skills and post it, have people give advice and critique it
