I was wondering if you can use macros in GW2?
It’s bannable, and against the user agreemant.

No, there are no in-game macros but I wish there were.

There are emotes /laugh for example… but no macros. The wiki has a full list of emotes I believe.

hmmm ok.
The last couple of days I have been seeing where people use a skill and then in the chat box has the character say the name of this skill.
Since that is a macro I need to start reporting folks that do this?

that’s not a macro… that’s just them probably accidently pinging the skill name in the chat window by pressing the control key and clicking the skill… it happens now and again, even done it myself
