I Think If You Buy a outfit From The Style Tab On The Gem Store You Should NEVER have To use transmutation charges on the you should just unlock it forever so that you don’t’ have to constantly buy charges.

P.S If Staff Do Read This I Ask You Make This Happen (Please I Just Bought New Armor And I Don’t Want to Buy More charges.).

You dont have to use charges on armor/weapons thats in your inventory it will just use up the skin application thing you get when you buy gem store armor so you dont have to use charges on the first use just after you have used up the inventory stuff

Create a new char and go on a tour of all the racial home cities (including Lion’s Arch). Each map completion gets you a free Transmutation Charge. Some maps outside of the home cities also give a free charge on completion. Delete new char when done, rinse and repeat until you have as many charges as you want (or you get sick of touring).

It takes 10 minutes (roughly) to complete The Grove. I just make, and remake a sylvari character and turbo clear that. Can easily get 6 charges in an hour or less for an outfit change.

You can also get a charge fairly frequently through those pvp tracks.
