Guild Wars has always been an Artifact Title, since the actual Guild Wars ended some time before the beginning of the Prophecies campaign in GW1.
IT’S A SWORD. THEY’RE NOT MEANT TO BE SAFE.
I hope they do bring back the GvG aspect of GW1 in a future update.

Grind Wars 2: Heart of Tears
The original Guild Wars had GvG PvP. I would assume we will eventually see that in GW2 as well.
Isn’t there PVP tournaments? Maybe that is the same thing?
There are a number of features that didn’t make it into the release of GW2, and people often forget all the things that were added to GW1 over the course of years.
As far as I am aware, Guild Halls are still on their way, and I’d assume along with it would come more PvP modes, such as GvG.

^^ i was hoping to see guild v guild with large numbers of that are “unlimited”.
