Guild Wars 2

Ok, here goes.

I play with two different gaming communities, I respect both of them alot and game with them both alot… However I don’t think the two communities would mix and they are both on different GW2 servers in the EU.

Now, I thought of switching servers every-time, but that would be expensive and after one switch its costs £20 each way.
But… I thought about a way I could potentially get around this, if I bought another GW2 CD key or the game again and had 2 clients linked to the different servers, it would only cost another £30 rather than a build up of £20’s resulting in it being expensive.

Any ideas anyone?

That’s what I would do if in that situation. I would have 2 separate accounts.

Or just friend both communities. I do beleave you can cross server party and play the same content. Or did they remove that feature?

Would that be possible to do though? I should get in touch with someone from arena net..

She could play with them in pve only in the overflow. (Join their party. right click them and choose join) but I think there have been some frustrating issues with that. IE can’t leave the overflow or the party gets messed up. (Edit: You can try this right now)

I think they said they were going to have a guesting feature in but that there wasn’t yet an ETA iirc.

I would do the 2 accounts so that you can wvw with either set of friends.

I’ve read they’re reintroducing the guest feature. Basically the guest feature allows you to go to different servers, but not participate in that server’s PvP. However, I have not read any ETA on this feature. Sorry

I dont want the communitied to mix, they have different lets say ‘ways’ of gaming and personalities, i dont think they will get on with each other and one uses mumble and the other uses TS. Maybe arenanet could give me another code or another character that can play on a different server, would be nice.
