okay im a total noob to this game getting out of WoW so i was wondering if any of you guys could help me get started

1. im a pvper and always will be i want a server thts good for pvp and give me a real challenge idk what faction i am picking yet but either way I want a decent ratio i dont want a faction dominating the other and like i said im a total noob so idk what to expect

Got to the heart of the mists, that exclusive structured PvP server which you can access from everywhere, and read a lot of wiki

I really dont know what you are talking about i just installed the game so im totally new :P

im currently looking for a initial home world right now so idk which is decent enough to go to

There are no factions, unstructured PvP is World vs. World (a HUGE massive battle, 3 servers, lasts a week). You can see the server rankings here:

Structered PvP (5v5 arena, hot join – like a Battleground in WoW) can be accessed from any server. Player rankings here:

Also there is no open world pvp, so in that sense it doesn’t matter which server you choose. For your pvp desire, check out the world vs. world rankings linked above and you decide if you want to be in the top servers, or in the middle somewhere. Best of luck!
