In Need of Keybind Help

i dont have a fancy mmo mouse, but i switched from wasd movement keys to esdf and it did wonders. that would be my first suggestion. my second would be to get rid of any buttons you consider not so useful, for me it would be your currently assigned e and r keys. lastly you could always do a combo assignment for commands that arent needed very often, like alt+f for auto walk or something like that.
Hmm I find that it is fine to just use 2 and 3 for 2 and 3 and v for dodge since my thumb is already resting on it along with spacebar. Maybe you can free those up?

I know it costs as much as a full sized keyboard, but I could never go back to using a normal keyboard for gaming.
could never get used to those keypads. had a razer nostromo.. i dont use alot of keybinds.. they may work great for first person shooters, but trying to use that, as well as just do things like talk in map chat, i couldnt get used to swapping from that to keyboard then back depending on what im doing.
since u have the naga mouse, scroll wheel right/left/and click and then the 2 buttons are F12345. Love that as an ele and ranger.. side buttons the number 1 is set for teamspeak push to talk, the rest are left as is as your 2 through 0 that covers ur heal and elite issue.
everything else i left mainly as the default. WASD-QE to move, space to jump, the little ` symbol to the left of the number 1 key for wep swap. i use the number 1 key above Q for auto attack, and 2-10 on mouse for the rest of skill bar. muscle memory will work for u once u get used to using the mouse buttons.
I use a Roccat Tyon (white), because I have big hands and fingers, and the button placements are easy for me (especially the top-side four). Not a plethora of buttons along one side (I never could use those).
If you have large hands / big fingers, I highly recommend it.
