Is there ever going to be in game chat? So you can talk to your friends while you play

There is already text chat so I hope you are referring to voip. I think it would be better for arenanet to focus their attention elsewhere and let players take advantage of the already great options out there (TS, Vent, Skype, Steam, Mumble, Axon, Gametalk etc)
