I can’t decide which legendary to make I made a thief a couple months ago, and I honestly didn’t think I was going to like it as much as I did. I’ve been using it all the time and wanted to use it as my main, so a few weeks ago I threw in some daggers in the forge and got spark. The only thing that I don’t like about my thief is that I do die easily in dungeons, and because of that I decided that it’s probably best if I stay away from fractals on her. But I love the play style, damage I can do, and being able to move around fast.

Over a week ago I got my Mesmer to level 80, and I’ve been liking it more and more each day and i’m at the point where I don’t know which class I like better, and I also love doing dungeons and fractals on her. I feel like I can contribute more to the group on a Mesmer then when i’m on my thief.

I’m really close to crafting my legendary, i’m just missing some t6 materials, but I started thinking if i should sell spark and buy either dusk or dawn and craft a greatsword instead. I just wanted some opinions on what you would do.

Well I have neither a thief nor a mesmer … but if I were in your shoes I’d go with the mesmer. One day you’ll have an uber mesmer with Eternity.

And you’re right about the contributing to the group part.

Mesmers are much better for groups than Thieves. I RP Main a Thief but he got far too squishy and unhelpful so my Guardian is for dungeons and my Mesmers for most PvE.

Though Incinerator is to me a much better Legendary. The GS legendaries are huge flat things with no detail.

Which one did you choose finally? I’m in the exact same spot as you were…
