Guild Wars 2

I’ve owned Guild Wars 1 for quite a while now, but never really played in earnest. When I heard about the Hall of Monuments rewards I got back into the game a bit, but only managed to finish the Factions campaign before other things drew me away.

Every now and again I check guides/threads about how to get your HoM score to 30/50 and how “easy” and “fast” it is, but once I read what they actually do none of it looks fast or easy at all. I don’t have a guild or any friends who play the first one, and I don’t really have the time to solo all of it. Honestly, I don’t even have all my tapestries yet, and I never really felt like I was good at GW1, but now that my Ranger is my favorite class in GW2, I really want the black widow and other HoM pets.

I’m not trying to beg for handouts, although I wouldn’t turn away anything from a kind Gold Walking Among Mere Mortals, and I really have nothing to offer in either GW1 or 2, no rare minis or anything like that, so I’m curious if there’s other players who have an interest in raising their HoM score but like me, don’t have the time/help to get it done.

As far as I can tell, he’s mainly looking for minis, I have a whole 4 I think dedicated, so I’m looking to do just about anything and everything else. Stuff like finish campaigns, dungeons, quests to get the weapons, collect mats for armors and whatnot. I don’t have the money to purchase minis en masse or just buy the weapons from players.

You couldn’t be much rustier than I am, I only have one character, a Ritualist, using what as probably an old as heck build.

I forgot to add, my GW1 character’s name is Groa Kitel if anyone wanted to friend me, although mailing me in-game in GW2 or PM here would be more reliable.

The Wayfairer’s Reverie is coming up (starts Sunday Noon Pacific) next week, which doubles most rep gains and provides a chance at a relatively pain-free Tormented weapon, so I’ll be playing GW1 a lot next week. If anyone had the same plan, I would love to work together.

Sorry about that, it’s actually Groa Kitel, didn’t realize I failed at typing earlier.

I’m GMT -5, but my play times are pretty flexible.
