Pretty much I dont like how my 80 Mesmer looks atm… and I would like to keep her as my main just cause I like the name (it is my main’s name in almost any game) but…. for me to do that i must delete her now and reroll her which inturn loses everything she has (not reallly… a big deal imo but still the skins of gear and some items id prefer to keep)

My question is… has there been any notification or whispering as to a possible pay to change the skin/hair thru ingame money or gems? or is there a method to get the gear that is Soulbound’s Skin to another character some how?

You should probably wait a bit. They’re introducing character makeover “soon”. It’ll probably cost you some gems, but I’d say it will be low compared to grinding to 80 again.

do you think they let you change the race aswell?

I would assume no simply due to the story line thing and how it could cause some major issues with the Main Story… but i dont see why you wouldnt be able to change your skin/hair/face/ect…. assuming this makeover thing does come out

They will not do race or class changes, think about it, not only does race affect your choices in the story but, cultural weapons and armor, they don’t want other races having it.
