Guild Wars 2

Did some searching on the forums and all i found was “to pricey i want to quit” crap.

I use my Engineer as my primary and my main money maker, I created a Quiver of Thousand Arrows today and my Mighty Infusion. My question is, If I were to add the infusion right now to the Quiver of Thousand Arrows, will it change from Account bound to soul bound. The technical description reads:

Account Bound
Soul Bound on use.

Technically speaking I’m not using it, Im just upgrading it…but not everything in the game is black and white … I would love to be able to use this on my Ranger (not up to level 80 yet)
