Inquest Data Crystal - Legendary Crafting
Pretty much everyone. Workaround: look for Dwayna and Lyssa taxis to get into different maps where it might not be bugged.
Or do it after a patch/update.
I need this item to complete legendary spear. The hint says it is in the inquest base under Jinx isle. However, the event leading up to opening the base is always bugged.
Anyone else encountering this problem?
