I tried searching for an answer but did not find anything. I thought that maybe since the item was so rare that maybe the devs didnt know about it…

I recently bawt a perma BL merchant for my guildies and me to use when were doing dungeons. Because the consumable BL merchant is usable by teammates I did not even consider that the perma one would not, so it came as a shock when i busted it out on its maiden voyage and only i could use it! the primary reason i bawt it was as a contribution to the guild

is this a bug or intended? I certainly hope its a bug

also r the other perma BL items only useable by the owner?
