Guild Wars 2

I always got issues in WvW when it was zerg vs zerg, where (for example) we are attacking a keep and an opposition zerg shows up and attacks and i dont even see them untill they are ontop of me. I put this down to 50-100 people being in the same place at the same time.
I wasn’t thrilled by this but i could handle it.

However, now im doing events in Orr it is happening again. Unless i stand within a few meters of the mobs spawn, i dont even see them untill they are all dead.
Is there any way of doing something with the settings to help with this issue.

Im not very computer savy so i don’t realy have a clue how things work between myself and the server. But i do know that on my end i have realy good gaming rig with latest graphics card, i7, and a 60mb broadband connection with an excelent ping… not sure if any of that makes a difference with this problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

PS: Can anyone tell me how i get the countdown to show on my individual skill tabs so i can see when they are coming off CD. I see most guys on youtube with this setup but i just cant find the option to enable it.

Options → General Options → under User Interface, check “Show Skill Recharge”

Any ideas about the main issue? Not being able to see people untill they are stood ontop of you?

my guess is that its for performance quality its happening to me as well when theres alot of ppl around
