I changed my armor color on my character for 3 times now and I have 2 transmutation charges and it never deducted any of them so I’m wondering if its free

If you mean the “dye” system? then yes its free.

It’s completely free to change dye on armor, provided you’ve already bought/used the dye colors, of course. It uses the same interface as the wardrobe / transmutation for confirmation, but it’ll never take any charges to change dye.

Good thing, too, because I change dyes on my characters constantly.
