Hi, I need a fast skill points gathering, but with my main i already got 100% map complete. So i wanted to get 24 skill points while leveling my alt.

However, i noticed that philosofer’s stone are soulbound to the character who buys it. Does this happens also for thing crafted in the mystic forge with that character?
Even the Fractal capacitor?
