Is it an exploit or intended that the Stonemist Keep Lord can be attacked from below with AoE?

Just want to know if I should report this, or if anyone knows, or has heard Anet respond to this already. I saw some people doing this today, and it doesn’t seem intended, but the Keep Lord is standing on a grate, so I’m not sure.
