I would like to know if it is already possible to change a character name and/or a login name. If it isn’t, will it become available in the future to use this service?

You can change account name. Just click on the “My Account” link at the top right of this page, and it will allow you to change the email address (which is your login info).

I do not know of a way to change character name. If that is available in the future, it will probably cost gems or real $ to do.

I mean the display name. Sorry.
