After completing the collection “The Bifrost 1: Experimantal Staff,” I received a recipe for something. I accidentally used the recipe on my tailor instead of my artificer. Have I perma screwed myself out of getting Bifrost eventually?

You can buy the box with the recipes from the legendary NPC standing next to the weaponsmith/armorsmith stations in LA. Costs around 10k karma. But yeah, in the future, make sure you learn the recipes on the character that has the appropriate crafting leveled up (artificer in this case).

It’s worth bearing in mind that all recipes only unlock on the character that uses them, not account-wide (even if it says account bound, that just means you can move the item between characters before you use it).

Fortunately in this case it’s not too much of a problem because you can just buy it again (10k karma sounds like a lot, but karma tends to accumulate quickly), some recipes can be really annoying or expensive to get again.
