Hi all,

I like to start to create the legendary staff Nevermore, but I haven’t time to raid.
Can somebody confirm that only Fractals are needed to create it?
Also is it enough to do the Fractals lvl 1-5?
Or higher difficulty is required?

I know that I’ll work on it one,or two Years as casual player :-)
If raiding is necessary to complete it, then it’s a showstopper to me.
And I even don’t start to waste my time with it.

Raids aren’t required to make any legendary weapon; they’re required to make legendary armor.

You’ll have to do whatever fractals that drop the items listed in your collections. Some will be low level (1-10), but others might be higher levels.

As stated above raids are not required. You can see everything required for each collection here. This is the link for Vol. 1 and what it requires.

Dusk requires Mai Trin for the first tier, and I think the lowest for that fractal is 25.

At one point you need the raven in the solid ocean fractal for which one has at least to run a lvl 20 fotm.

:Fractal requirements by collection:
Nevermore I: Fractal 2 (Swamp/Bloomhunger, may require a higher Mossman version)
Nevermore II: Fractal dailies for Stabilizing matrices
Nevermore III: Fractal dailies for Stabilizing matrices; Fractal 1 (Urban); 7 (Cliffside); 20 (Solid Ocean)
Nevermore IV: Fractal dailies for Stabilizing matrices; Fractal 5 (Snowblind); Fractal 6 (Volcanic); Fractal 7 (Cliffside, again); Fractal 8 (Underground Facility);

You can actually buy the stabilizing matrices on the TP. So other than the specifically required fractals for boss loot items you don’t have to spend a lot of time in fractals if you don’t want to.
