It is a free Elite Skill without having to spend points, so that is a nice bonus regardless. As a Ranger it obviously gives me two pets so its quite useful for those ‘oh skritt’ moments. Not sure of the damage output from the Mistwolf but it seems to be quite reasonable.

There is no distinct advantage to having the skill vs other elite skills from a combat perspective. However, if you are into cosmetics it is a very nice looking elite skill.

Basically this. If you’re thinking of getting it because you want an all powerful skill, you won’t get that. It won’t outshine any of the other available elites.

That’s not to say it’s bad. It looks great and I use it from time to time.

Is there a comparison to the Hounds of Balthazar? As in damage and Health?
The tooltips aren’t exactly helpful.

I can’t help you with that. I don’t have a human of that level.

You can’t upgrade it. you can only get this skill from buying the deluxe digital version.
